If a tour does not meet the minimum group size, we will inform you in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All free tours have a mandatory fee at the end of the tour (this is not optional), averaging between 25 and 30 soles per person.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FreeWalkingToursLima.Org<\/strong> reserves the right to cancel any booked tour at any time due to force majeure, such as weather conditions, technical issues, strikes, or guide-related disruptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FreeWalkingToursLima.Org<\/strong> reserves the right to accept or deny participation to any attendee who may jeopardise the tranquillity of the group or cause any other issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To book a free tour on our website, participants must be of legal age and must agree to our company&#8217;s terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants must inform <strong>FreeWalkingToursLima.Org<\/strong> at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend the free tour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To book a paid tour, participants must pay at least 50% of the tour price upfront, with the remaining balance to be paid upon arrival in Lima, one day before the tour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To cancel a paid tour, participants must do so at least two days in advance\u2014only then will our company issue a refund, deducting 5% of the total tour price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a participant fails to attend a booked paid tour without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be issued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations of paid tours: You can always cancel the tour, but there will be no refund unless you cancel 48 hours in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds: You can request a refund of your money as long as you cancel this tour 48 hours in advance. At the time of refunding you, we will deduct 5% of the total amount you paid because it is the commission that banks and PayPal charge to send money.
